Led all activity surrounding the 138,000 sq. ft. facility layout and design of each workstation to achieve flow, maximized throughput, and minimized processing time aggressively. Provided a labour and machinery capacity analysis for the first seven years of the program and included a quarter-by-quarter list for capital acquisitions to support the ever-increasing rate of required production. Directed an engineer in leading the introduction of robotic technologies for the program. Developed requirements and detailed screen-by-screen progressions for a new work-tracking and pacing system for each workstation to ensure on-time deliveries and in real-time visibility to the managers where flow disruptions may be occurring.
